John has come to our house multiple times over the last 3 years. When we had Bonney and Bell Bros. come out they gave us estimates ranging from $500-$2000 saying we needed to replace and install a new AC unit. Jon diagnosed and fixed a minor problem for $99 and that did the trick. We have found him ethical and trustworthy in stark contrast to these other unfortunate reviews. It was like to Dateline or 20/20 show where they invited 7-8 different A/C companies out and most tried to take the owner to the cleaners (even though in the set up the owner had already had the problem diagnosed and everyone knew that nothing was wrong). John would have been the one company in the show that acted ethically.
